Planning Outline: Yiyang GCL agriculture light integration demonstration park is located in Luoyang City, which is known as the "Millennium imperial capital, Peony Flower City, the starting point of the Silk Road and the hinterland of Kyushu". It is located in Hancheng Town, Yiyang County, 50km away from Luoyang City and 200km away from Zhengzhou city. The park is developed by GCL Group Holding Co., Ltd., with a development scale of 2623 Mu and a total investment of 680 million yuan, including 145 million yuan in agriculture.

The planning of Yiyang GCL agriculture light integration demonstration park will focus on the development of five plates, including agricultural science and technology creative culture experience area, peony improved seed breeding and productive pilot test area, efficient facility vegetable and fruit production demonstration area, standardized production demonstration area of oil and drug industry and central leisure landscape area. In terms of landscape pattern, a spatial structure of organic growth of "one belt, three parks and multiple points" is formed. The belt is connected with two pieces, namely, the central Dry Creek landscape belt, and the three parks highlight the theme, namely, cultural and technological theme garden, facility agricultural landscape garden and rural landscape garden.
