Planning Outline: Anji Yuanyuan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise specializing in greening engineering construction. It has accumulated many years of experience in expressway greening and landscape, urban green space system, organ affiliated green space, campus green space, residential area greening and landscape, and has been established in national ecological county Anji County, Huzhou City, a national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration county, has a seedling production base of more than 2000 mu. In 2012, in order to grasp the strategic opportunity of modern agricultural development, the company put forward the idea of building a modern agricultural demonstration park based on the seedling production base in Gaozhuang village, Gaoyu Town, Anji County. On the basis of the current situation, the company built a perfect industrial system, expanded industrial functions, strengthened the demonstration and radiation drive of the park, and built the park into a modern agricultural demonstration park in Anji County Huzhou and even the Yangtze River Delta are agricultural parks with distinctive characteristics, perfect functions and strong radiation driving ability. Therefore, our company is entrusted to prepare the master plan of modern agricultural park originated in Northern Zhejiang. Based on the local characteristics and the corporate culture of the origin company, adhering to the concept of "origin, development and inheritance", the planned Park focuses on three industrial sectors: efficient horticulture, characteristic aquatic products and leisure and health preservation, and builds a modern agricultural park integrating production demonstration, scientific and technological research and development, popular science education, leisure and health preservation and ecological conservation. The park is divided into four functional areas: characteristic aquatic product area, efficient horticulture area, forest and fruit health preservation area and waterscape science and trade area. Among them, characteristic aquatic product area, efficient horticulture area and waterscape science and trade area are the start-up areas of phase I, covering an area of 970 mu, including high-quality seedling production workshop, precious seedling planting unit, efficient vegetable and fruit production unit, characteristic aquatic health breeding demonstration farm, romantic flower field Ecological restaurants and other projects and a series of activities such as camping, barbecue, outdoor expansion, picking and fishing, with a total investment of about 71 million yuan, have been basically completed by the end of 2012. The whole park is expected to invest 210 million yuan.
